How long does shipping take within Egypt?
We offer fast delivery across Egypt. Orders within Cairo and Giza typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while other governorates may take 4-5 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
Can I try on the items before paying the courier?
Yes, we allow customers to inspect and try on their items while the courier waits. If you are not satisfied with the fit, you can return the order immediately and only pay the shipping fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Egypt, as well as secure online payments via credit/debit cards and mobile wallets.
