Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the invoice is included to avoid any processing delays.

  Courier Collection

  Our shipping partner will contact you within 48-72 hours to pick up the package from your doorstep at a time that suits you.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as a store credit.
